Please note that USPS (the regular US postal mail) is the only method of reliably getting your mail to her. It goes to the main mission address in Kobe, and then from there is forwarded to whatever location she is currently assigned. UPS and Fed Ex does not offer forwarding services there, so if you send something via either of those shipping services, it will get stuck (and possibly lost) at the main mission address, and will not be forwarded to her.
